We Build Scheduling Software That Actually Fits
Most scheduling tools are one-size-fits-all. We think that's the wrong approach. A hospital has different needs than a factory. A university is nothing like a security firm. So we build separate products — each one designed for its industry.
The Problem
Across Nepal and South Asia, most organizations still schedule their staff using Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, or paper rosters. This leads to scheduling conflicts, unfair shift distribution, overtime violations, and hours wasted every week on manual work.
Our Approach
Instead of building one generic tool and forcing everyone to use it, we build dedicated products for each industry. TS Health understands nurse-to-patient ratios. TS Academic knows about exam conflicts and room allocation. TS Workforce handles labor law compliance on the factory floor. Each product speaks the language of its users.
Where We Are
We're based in Kathmandu, Nepal. We're building and piloting our first products with local organizations, with plans to serve teams across South Asia.
